I love my job and Im freakin’ amazing at it! Honestly, as each year passes I feel more and more confident in what I do. I feel my mastery evolve 🤓.

But sometimes I cant help but wonder why do I choose such a hard job? 😅😅😅 Holding space for women’s deepest grief is taxing to one’s nervous system. Through online coaching and bodywork I get exposed to women’s darkest stories, personal loss, anger, and overwhelming pain. Sometimes during a bodywork session, as the woman releases the trauma from her body, I feel so much that I cannot help but shed tears together with her. My heart breaks and opens at the same time. 💔❤️

Knowing this, I must take very good care of myself. I need to do my own inner work. I must be aware of my own mental health. Thus, the time has come for my annual digital detox. Im leaving on a holiday and taking about a month off social media to recharge and be present with my loves 🐕‍🦺 & 🧔‍♂️on the sunny beaches of Mallorca.
